"Promos finally feel simple"
I’ve been using their promo tools for a bit now, it’s made getting more orders way easier. I don’t have to overthink every little discount or campaign anymore. Wait, actually, it’s kind of a big deal, I’m seeing more orders without feeling like I’m glued to my screen all day.

"Super Easy to Get"
Kwickmenu looks really clean and is easy to understand. I liked that the branding feels modern without trying too hard, you know? It was clear right away what they do, which is a big plus. A few sections could use a bit more detail, but overall it gives off a solid, trustworthy vibe. Good stuff, 4 stars from me

"Easy to Use, Though Not Perfect"
I’ve been using the dashboard for daily stuff, and overall it’s simple to get around. I can usually find my menus and updates quickly without getting lost, which I really appreciate. It’s not the most exciting or feature-packed thing ever, but it does what I need without much hassle.

"Staff training was way easier than I thought"
We moved over to Kwick Menu and I was a bit nervous about getting the staff trained. But it was fine. Really simple. Most of the team had it figured out by the end of one shift.
The layout just makes sense. No long training day. No constant questions. It saved us a lot of time and a lot of messing around...

"Photos are fine, but the layout feels a bit suspiciously cluttered"
The photos look okay overall, but sometimes the items are harder to see than they should be. The display feels kind of messy, almost like they don’t really want you focusing too closely on the details. It’s not terrible, just a little frustrating when you’re trying to get a clear look.

I feel like the price is fair for what you get. It does the job well, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. If you’re looking for something simple and dependable without spending too much, I’d say it’s a solid choice
"QR code gave us some trouble"
I tried using Kwickmenu for our QR menu, and I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong. Some times the code opened perfectly fine, but other times it would just keep spinning or even pull up the wrong page. Maybe it was something on my end, I’m not totally sure, but it definitely wasn’t ideal when customers were standing there waiting. The setup itself was okay, but the QR code part really needs to be more dependable.

To be fair, the site was easy to browse, but when I got to checkout it kept getting stuck. I had to try a few times before my order finally went through, which was frustrating.

"Support took too long to get back to me"
I don’t usually like making a big deal out of stuff, and maybe I caught them at a bad time, but getting support was frustrating. I was trying to sort something out quickly because I had other things going on, and I ended up waiting around without a clear answer. It kind of felt like nobody was really checking the messages, so overall it wasn’t a great experience.

"Menu customization works, but it’s more stressful than expected"
It does the job and I was able to customize the menus, but the whole editing process felt clunkier than I expected. I thought it would be a quick thing, and instead I ended up getting a bit stressed trying to make simple changes.

"Order alerts have been spot on"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about using kwickmenu.com: the order alerts have been really reliable for me so far. Every time an order comes in, I get the notification pretty much right away, and I haven’t dealt with any annoying delays yet.
When things get busy, that kind of accuracy actually matters. It’s a simple feature, but it makes keeping up with orders a lot easier. Definitely a solid experience on my end, 5 stars.

"Decent design, but it feels a bit carelessly put together"
The site looks okay overall, but nothing really stood out to me. Some sections feel plain and a little clunky to use. It also kind of gives the impression that things were handled a bit carelessly, like nobody really checked the small details before putting it out there
"Payment went through eventually"
The payment did go through in the end, but it took a bit longer than I expected. I kept checking my email for the receipt/confirmation, and it finally showed up after a while. Not a huge issue, just a little slow.

"Helpful for customer chats, but the waiting gets annoying"
Kwickmenu has made it a lot easier for us to reply to customers and keep track of orders without messages getting buried like they used to. It keeps things much clearer overall. My only complaint is that the notifications can be slow sometimes, and it gets frustrating waiting when you’re trying to respond quickly. Still, it’s been good for our business.

"Support was quick and actually reassuring"
I ran into a small issue while setting up my menu on kwickmenu.com, and I got a little nervous because I didn’t want to mess anything up or accidentally publish the wrong thing.
I reached out to support and they replied fast. The person helping me walked me through it in simple steps, didn’t just send a generic copy-paste answer, and stayed with me until everything was working.
It made the whole process feel a lot less risky and stressful. Really solid support experience, and I’d be comfortable giving it 5 stars
